Except where explicitly modified by a specific module's localized documentation, the Software operates under a zero-telemetry framework.
No Remote Storage: We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data, identity markers, email addresses, or analytical profiles on remote servers. No Network Tracking: The Software does not utilize background tracking cookies, cross-site analytics, or remote diagnostics. Local Operations: All user interactions, script data, input tracking, and configuration files (such as local configuration arrays, temporary cache states, or workflow utilities) remain entirely on your local machine or within your local host application framework.
3. Third-Party Hosting and Infrastructure
The Software is hosted, distributed, and maintained through third-party platforms. Your interaction with those infrastructure providers is subject to their respective privacy terms. When you clone, download, fork, open an issue, or submit a pull request to our projects at github.com/snwfke, your account information, IP address, and contribution data are handled and processed directly by GitHub in accordance with the GitHub Privacy Statement. If the Software is designed to function as an extension, hook, or script within a third-party application or simulation engine, any telemetry collected by that host application is subject strictly to that third party's privacy policy.
4. Source Code and Contribution Privacy
If you actively choose to contribute to our open-source projects (e.g., submitting pull requests, bug fixes, or issues), please be aware that the Git version control system natively records author attribution metadata — such as your chosen GitHub username, name, and email address — directly into the public commit history. Once a commit is pushed to a public repository fork or merged into our upstream branches, this structural attribution becomes public metadata and cannot be easily erased without compromising Git ledger integrity.
5. Software Security and Warranties
While we take great pride in creating secure, reliable, and un-intrusive open-source utilities, the Software is distributed under the LGPL-2.1 license "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their local system configurations align with their specific environment privacy expectations.
6. Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection
Our Software does not target, seek to attract, or intentionally gather data from individuals under the age of 13. Because our distribution pipeline collects no personal database profiles, we do not knowingly hold or process any protected data.
